3. Client Briefing & Intake
High-quality resume writing depends on accurate career briefing. Clients are responsible for providing complete work history details, target role expectations, and metric estimates through our secure onboarding intake form.
4. Turnaround & Delivery
Standard draft turnaround times begin only after we receive completed intake materials from the client:
Standard delivery: Initial drafts are typically delivered within the agreed working-day window specified in your package confirmation.
5. Revisions & Collaboration
We believe in iterative collaboration. Following draft delivery, clients have an active revision window to request adjustments, wording clarifications, and bullet point emphasis changes.
Revisions must align with the target role and briefing provided at project intake. Major career pivots into entirely new industries after initial drafting may require a new package scope.
6. Payments & Refund Policy
All services are prepaid via secure PayPal processing. Because our writers dedicate extensive one-on-one research and custom editorial work to each project, fees become non-refundable once draft writing has commenced.
7. Intellectual Property & Rights
Upon final project delivery and full payment, all copyright and ownership of the written resume and career materials transfer entirely to the client for personal and professional use.
